张德华 南京师范大学油画专业.学院派艺术家，中国美协会员国家一级美术师、从事油画几十年,参加一代一路十国巡展、2024年国际艺术双年展,中俄文化专员、教育部艺委会客座教授、国礼艺术家美术教学几十，年桃李满天下,学生被国内外名牌院校录取，联合国教科文组织存档！享受国务院政府特殊津贴！
Zhang Dehua, majored in Oil Painting at Nanjing Normal University, is an academic school artist. He is a member of the China Artists Association and a National First-Class Fine Arts Master. Having engaged in oil painting creation for decades, he has participated in the Belt and Road art tour across ten countries and the 2024 International Art Biennale.
He serves as a cultural liaison between China and Russia, a visiting professor of the Arts Committee under the Ministry of Education, and a state gift artist. With decades of fine arts teaching experience, he has cultivated numerous outstanding students, many of whom have been admitted to prestigious art institutions at home and abroad. His artistic works are archived by UNESCO. He is a recipient of the Special Government Allowance from the State Council of China.
